When serial killer Ivan Mozer is about to get executed something goes terribly wrong, a riot breaks out, lots of people die and the prison is closed. 18 months later a film crew arrives at the prison to shoot a movie but what they dont know is that Ivan is still alive and living inside the prison. And his gameshow and hairfetish will once again be unleashed.
