Freedom.loving communist cyborg with eye lasers had enough and defects
to find a free country (Guess which one?) . And while a Us Government
agent is teaming up with a chemist to track cyborg down , a
terroristgroup, known as The upper order, wants the cyborg for
themselves to use its powers to take over the world.
